24000 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 24000 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the 24000 platform from Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any feature of the 24000 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 24000 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice to registered users.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the required age criteria before using 24000's services.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on 24000. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may be grounds for immediate account closure. You are fully responsible for keeping your profile information current.
Your account password is your personal responsibility. 24000 will never ask for your password via email or any channel outside the platform. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 24000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the gaming or betting systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the stability or security of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any feature of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 24000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and is legally valid.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page. Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon successful verification. 24000 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as a security measure.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. 24000 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification if required.
Bonus & Promotions
Any bonus or promotion offered by 24000 is subject to the specific terms stated alongside that offer. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus voided and may face account suspension.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Liability Limits
24000 is not liable for any financial losses, loss of anticipated profits, or indirect damages incurred by users as a result of using the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 24000 makes no guarantee that services will be free from technical disruptions at all times.
In the event of technical disruptions, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control, 24000 will make every effort to restore services promptly. Bets in progress at the time of a disruption will be settled in accordance with the resolution policy established by the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
24000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, bot usage, or illegal activity. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be processed for return in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 24000 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other visual elements — is the property of 24000 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without express written permission from 24000.
Third-Party Links
The 24000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 24000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
24000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws.
